Return policy

At Sahra Software Consultancy, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services.
Since we provide digital consultancy and online advisory sessions, all sales are final once the service has been delivered or the session has started.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can occur. Therefore:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• For subscription or package plans, partial refunds are not available once the plan has started.

If you believe you were charged in error or need assistance with a refund request, please contact our support team at sahrasoftware@sahrasspa.com within 7 days of the transaction.
